Octopus coloring page - going to cleanup

I have been letting this guy sit around for a while but it's time to get back to it and clean it up!
I was hoping to not have to take this into illustrator but I don't particularly like the lines as they are. But at least it gives me a chance to fix things and make it look all pretty and ready to be colored!

Does this seem like an enticing page to color?
