I absolutely love roadtrips, and I imagine I will one day love traveling to other countries, but alas I have never really traveled outside the US. I have never been on a plane either. Some may find that ludicrous but I never had a reason to, or money to for that matter.
But just because you can't travel to far off lands does not mean you can not see the world around you!
Going on a road trip to a different state can be like a completely different country. Heck, even going to another town you might find things that you never would have dreamed existed in your own backyard! So now, here is my contribution to #TravelTuesday!
This is a photo I took at Lost Lake, CA.
Very beautiful and serene place that is sort of hidden off to the side of the freeway (hence the lost lake name I would imagine) If I was a fisherman I would imagine this would be the best unknown place to find peace. =)
